International Women's Day Breakfast 2025

The 27th Annual International Women’s Day Boston Breakfast on March 7, 2025, at Simmons University was a spectacular success! The event welcomed over 200 guests in-person, and even more online! MA Women's History Center was honored to be a member of the IWD Boston Planning Committee, an event sponsor, and one of the 20 community tables sharing resources with attendees.

This year’s theme, Action in Unity: Celebrating Women’s Collective Power, highlights the strength of women working together for change , and featured remarks by Boston Mayor Michelle Wu. Colette Phillips did a superb job moderating a panel discussion featuring panelists: Rev. Clementina Chery – President & CEO, Louis D. Brown Peace Institute, Fredie Kay, Esq. – Founder & President, MA Women’s History Center, and Pamela Leins – Executive Director, Boston Education Fund.
